_Bismillāh_
*Day 15:*
1. *Learn Sūrah Nās*:
Nabī ﷺ once said to ‘Uqbah (ra), “Should I not teach you two Sūrahs that are of the best two Sūrahs that the people recite?” Uqbah (ra) replied, “Of course, O’ Messenger of Allāh.” So he taught him to recite Sūrah Falaq and Sūrah Nās.
2. *Sunnah du’ā for today*:
اللَّهُمَّ أَلْهِمْنِي رُشْدِي وَأَعِذْنِي مِنْ شَرِّ نَفْسِي
O’ Allāh swt, inspire in me guidance, and protect me from the evil of my soul. [_Tirmidhī Sharīf_]
3. *Sunnah ‘amal of the day:*
Eat with three fingers, and lick them after eating thrice:
Hadrat Ka’ab (ra) narrates, “I saw Rasūlullāh ﷺ eating with three fingers (i.e., the thumb, the index finger and the middle finger) and licking them after having finished the food.”[_Muslim Sharīf_]
4. Wake up at least 10 mins before Fajr beginning and try to pray 2 rakahs of Tahajjud – du’ās at this time are accepted. If you think you will not be able to wake up, then pray these two rakāhs before sleeping.
5. *Do something good for your neighbours:* Rasūlullāh ﷺ has said, “Jibrā’īl (as) kept enjoining good treatment of neighbours until I thought he would make neighbours heirs.” [_Ibn Māja Sharīf_]
6. *Muhāsabah*
Are we harsh to those younger than us? Rasūlullāh ﷺ has said, “He is not from us who shows no mercy to our younger ones.” [_Abū Dāwūd Sharīf_]
7. *Bonus*:
Recite a page of the Qur’ān today:
Rasūlullāh ﷺ has said, “[Whoever recites a letter] from Allah’s Book, then he receives the reward from it, and the reward of ten the like of it. I do not say that Alif Lām Mīm is a letter, but Alif is a letter, Lām is a letter and Mīm is a letter.” [_Tirmidhī Sharīf_]
